Location is perfect to enjoy the benefits of Paris while quickly enjoying a bike ride on the Seine river or a walk in one of the parks on the weekend. The property is located less than 3 min away by foot of Clamart Station. You will be 15 minutes away from Paris-Montparnasse. There are also several buses lines that can take you anywhere. As the tenant of an apartment, you will sign an individual furnished rental contract. This must be signed electronically. You will be the person in charge but you can split the rent.

An additional rental charges package will be added if two people occupy the room.

A coworking space is available in the residence.

Our team will inform you of the residents' profiles. If you have any special requests, we'll do our utmost to accommodate them. Obviously we carry out a background check with every potential resident to avoid inappropriate behaviour in our Coliving spaces.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
