All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy. Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

We allow couples in our Suite rooms. This will be an additional cost of 100 euro a month.

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. Each room has a desk and there is a designated CoWorking space downstairs.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

During a chat we love to see people's thoughts on co-living, why they would like to join our community and talk through all the options for available rooms. We have no set criteria and we know that we attract many likeminded people. We just ask that they are respectful :)

All check-ins and check-outs are well structured. So it's not possible to arrive before a certain date and our without having checked with the community manager. Check-ins are after 5pm. Check-outs before 10am.

Your security deposit will be refunded 48 hours after your check-out, provided the place is found in the same condition as it was upon your arrival.

None. Our rent has an all inclusive all-Inclusive rate with no additional costs. Concerned about the energy prices? Well, that’s now our problem. Electricity, gas, water & insurance is included. But that’s also for housekeeping, general household supplies, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, fresh bed sheets, towels and etc.

Yes. All rooms are fully equipped with a French queensize bed (1.4m) with pillows, duvet, fresh linen and bathroom towels. The rooms offer blackout curtains, a wardrobe with clothes hangers and a desk with chair.

A feature of our program is to live an unworried life. Our aim is to fully relieve you of your housing worries and take all tedious, organizational parts of living to our account.
That’s why our housekeeping teams will make your room shine whilst you’re out every 2 weeks. Please note they will need to access your private space during these moments. They will knock on your door and enter room after 10am. -
A laundry hall is available for you. It consists of two washing machines and one dryer. We also offer detergent to keep your wardrobe tidy!
