Luckily, you won’t need to leave South Williamsburg House to socialize: Coming soon are shared spaces within the building that will provide ample opportunity for you to find your tight-knit community, whether it’s while working out at the gym, networking in the co-working space, striking up casual conversation in the common area, or admiring the incredible skyline from the rooftop, the friends you’ll meet at South Williamsburg House will make it feel like home. We worked with interior designers to make the house comfortable for all of our members in any room of the house. For the furniture we used only the best suppliers and materials, from real wooden surfaces to sleek countertops.

Flushing Avenue Station is a short walk away and provides access to the J and M trains to take you to Manhattan; you’ll get to Wall Street or SoHo in 30 minutes or less. Local tip: Take the G train at the intersection of Flushing and Union/Marcy Avenue to Court Sq in Long Island City to transfer to the 7 train, and you’ll get to midtown in 35 minutes.
