My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?We check to see if you will be a fit to our community. We are looking for decent and friendly people.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?We can discuss this, depending on how busy we are we could accommodate your requests.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?You can definitely extend your stay. Please relay your request to our Community Manager. However, you will need to follow the notice period policy when shortening your stay.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
