1. Upon booking, you will be required to fill out a check-in form and upload a valid ID into our reservation system.
2. To confirm your booking, you must sign a separate rental agreement within 24 hours of your reservation. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.
3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times.
4. Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, incense, cloves, vapes, hookahs, etc.) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
5. Early check-ins and late check-outs are only allowed with prior approval. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
6. Events of any kind are strictly forbidden. An event is defined as the number of people at the property exceeding the guest count listed on the reservation or the maximum capacity of the listing.
