If you are international without a social security number, you must fill out the application online as well and provide us with a photo of your visa or passport.

We make the process simple if you have been accepted to a school, an internship or a job opportunity, we will book you and reserve your place to stay and move into the property.

Once your application is approved, you will need to sign our membership agreements.

The bed you would like to book is not secured for you until the full process is completed.

We require a Non-Refundable Security Deposit plus the first month's membership fee.

The entire onboarding process is very quick, and our property managers will help you through it!
