We are located in Moabit, in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the center of Berlin. In the parallel street is the Arminius Market Hall (Arminiusmarkthalle) which is very popular among the neighbourhood`s gourmets. The property is centrally located and close to the nearby subway station and brand new tram station. The micro location offers plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The massive Schultheiss Quartier Mall is 200m. The building is located in a very quiet side street, yet few paces away from the busy high street.

Booking rules

• All the contracts should start on the first day of each month.
• We work with fixed contracts, so you can stay for a maximum period of 14 months.
• All our contracts end on the last day of each month.
• After signing the contract a deposit of 1,000 EUR will be requested. The amount is fixed regardless of the price of the rent and is
fully reimbursable once you move out.
• Please note that we ask for a prepayment of your LAST month of rent, the first month of rent will be paid directly to us on the day your contract starts.
• We charge a one-time membership fee of €150 upon signing the contract. This fee covers administrative costs, including contract drafting and processing.

We love pets, but unfortunately, we don't have any animal-friendly apartments available at the moment.

Unfortunately, as the rooms are only suitable for one person, the payment should come from a single bank account.

Our members come from all over the world and have a big range of professions. Most members are between 25-35 yrs old, but we believe that age is just a number. We love diversity and promote environments where you will get to meet people from different backgrounds and broaden your horizons.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Our apartments typically do not have locks on individual private rooms. This is primarily due to safety concerns since police or firefighters may need to enter the room in case of an emergency. Additionally, we provide services such as cleaning and furniture repairs/maintenance, so our operations team or technicians/plumbers may need to enter if there is an issue in a private room or if it is time for cleaning. In such cases, we will always notify the members in advance and knock on the doors before entering. Thank you for your understanding!
