This vibrant neighborhood offers a variety of cafes, restaurants, and bars within walking distance, and is just a few blocks from Downtown Brooklyn’s bustling main streets. The house features eight units spread across four levels, complete with access to in-house gym facilities.
Recently renovated, the house boasts modern amenities including split-unit heating and air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. Each of the four levels contains two units, each equipped with a full kitchen and living room. The common areas are bright and inviting, creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents. This coliving space is located in the cozy, leafy Fort Greene neighborhood bordering Downtown Brooklyn, in an area known for its creative scene and more relaxed pace. It’s near plenty of green space, including the scenic Fort Greene Park, and is walking distance from the East River waterfront, where you can catch the ferry to Manhattan.
The Fort Greene House is a 15-minute walk to the B/D and N/Q/R/W trains on DeKalb Ave., the G train at Fulton St. and the A/C trains at Lafayette Ave. You can even reach the 2/3 and 4/5 trains at Nevins St. in less than 20 minutes. You can also walk 7 minutes to take the NYC Ferry from the Brooklyn Navy Yard stop.
