L'Eixample

The Eixample is a district of Barcelona between the old city (Ciutat Vella) and what were once surrounding small towns (Sants, Gràcia, Sant Andreu, etc.), constructed in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Its population was 262,000 approx. The district is often divided for practical purposes in two: Esquerra de l'Eixample and Dreta de l'Eixample. Traditionally and officially, it is divided into five neighborhoods. These are, in addition to the areas already mentioned, Sant Antoni, Sagrada Família, and Fort Pienc, also known as Fort Pius. The latter has recently become notable for the number of Asian, chiefly Chinese residents and the proliferation of Asian shops.

- Couples are not allowed in the Coliving apartments (shared flats). If you're renting a Private Apartment with a friend, rent cannot be split as the monthly rent needs to be paid entirely.

- Your roommates will be students or professionals around the same age with similar interests.
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

- We understand that the security deposit is an important aspect of your living experience. Rest assured, we aim to process the refund in a timely manner. Typically, security deposits are returned within 30 days from the date of your departure, provided that everything is in order after the inspection of the premises. Our team will carefully assess the condition of the space to ensure there are no damages or outstanding charges. If everything checks out, we will promptly refund your security deposit. We prioritize transparency and efficiency in this process to ensure a smooth transition for our residents.
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- Visitors are allowed, both during the day and at night, as long as it doesn't inconvenience your roommates. We kindly ask that visitors stay no more than 7 nights per month to maintain the integrity of the coliving experience. Open communication with your roommates and our team is encouraged if you need to make any special arrangements.
