A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required prior to move-in. The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay, provided the room is returned in good condition and house guidelines are followed.

Rent is paid monthly. Move-in instructions will be provided before arrival. Residents are expected to follow shared living guidelines and respect quiet hours, shared spaces, and other residents.

We love our furry friends! Pets are welcome in select rooms (A1 or A2), but we do require prior approval. Just a heads-up, there may be a pet fee for non-service animals. Service animals and emotional support animals are always welcome and not subject to fees. We ask that all pet owners ensure their pets are well-behaved and clean.

We have a cozy office space with desks available on a first-come, first-served basis. It’s a great spot for focusing on your work while connecting with fellow residents!

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
