Welcome to our Eixample 7-bedroom, 3-bathroom, bright and furnished apartment, ready for you to move in and make it your home. Our apartment offers beautiful views of the city and plenty of natural light, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day.

With a fully equipped kitchen and dining room at your disposal, you'll have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals and host dinner parties with friends and family. Additionally, our apartment features high-speed WiFi, double beds, a desk, a chair, and a wardrobe with a clothes rack.

For your convenience, we provide a weekly cleaning service in all common areas, ensuring that the apartment remains clean and organized.

Our property is ideally suited for students and working professionals who prefer to live in a comfortable and convenient urban space close to key amenities and transportation.

Please note that we require a minimum stay of one month and a one-month deposit and do not accept families with children, pets, smokers, or couples.

Located on Aribau Street, two blocks from Diagonal Avenue and Rambla Catalunya, METRO is a few minutes from the metro station "Hospital Clínic" (L5) and the FGC Provença station (L6, L7, S1, S2, S5, and S6), close to several bus and train stops. Near supermarkets, ATMs, parks, schools, stores, and shopping centers.

Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Residents Terms.

Some hosts have contracts that you need to sign before moving in in case you wish to commit to a long-term stay.
Can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

You'll have your room all to yourself. Regarding flatmates, mainly young (ex-pat) professionals and MBA or master's students Locals and different nationalities. We aim to mix the different profiles in order to have a balance inside the apartment. The age range is between 20 and people in their 30s.

You need to let the team know as soon as possible. You can extend it through this platform as well. It will depend on the availability.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?

The deposit will be returned in 7 days after the move out if there is no issue.
