Our villa is equipped with all the amenities you need to live and work comfortably, including rooms with desks, office chairs, and fast WiFi. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 bright and stylish living rooms, and 3 terraces with amenities such as chill-out areas, sun beds, BBQ, and more.

With 5 full bathrooms and comfortable working areas across the whole villa, you'll have everything you need to stay productive and focused. And with weekly cleaning included, you can focus on your work and relaxation without worrying about the upkeep of the space.

Ciudad Jardín is a residential neighborhood located in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It has an exclusively residential character, with a collected nature to its streets. The area was created by British residents who dominated the economic life of the region in the late 19th century. As a result, the neighborhood is home to many embassies and elegant residences, all located among small gardens of different architectural styles.

In this true oasis within the lively city of Las Palmas, visitors can admire the greenery and subtropical lushness of Doramas Park. The large Hotel Santa Catalina is another prominent feature of the area. Many celebrities and royalty have stayed at this impressive hotel, but visitors can also enjoy the beautiful park views from its rooftop bar while enjoying a drink.

- We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
  Please note that additional charges do apply.
- You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.

- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home.   To terminate your stay before the due date you can get in touch with us, we will find a suitable solutions for both parties
- We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.
- We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
- Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT overnight.
  If you wish to have a friend or partner to visit you for a couple days get in touch with us and we can come to an agreement.
  Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
- It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
- We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
- The common areas come fully furnished.
  Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
  You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
- No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
  There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.
- Entire and deep cleaning is carried out 3 times per week.
  We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess.
