Our Coliving includes a huge terrace with barbecue, a makers space in the garage, workspace inside the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Coliving is divided into the main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a backyard apartment with an en-suite bathroom and a small living-room/kitchen.

Ciudad Jardin is the best neighborhood in Las Palmas, within walking distance of the city center and the main beaches. In 2008, the shoreline received an award for its cleanliness and accessibility for the disabled.

You will find busy and renowned cafés and seafood restaurants in this area.

This neighborhood contains both attractive villas and apartment structures. It is a year-round destination. If you wish to visit Mallorca throughout the year, coming here is a wise decision. Simply grab the bicycle and enjoy the ride along the beach to Palma.

- Yes all rooms are private and many of them include desks inside. Also the house is very large so guests can distribute themselves in the different common areas for privacy.
- Currently pets are not allowed in our colivings
- We don´t mix guests in ithe rooms, but if you come with your couple or friend , thats totally fine with us as most rooms allow double use.
- There is workspace in many rooms, and several workspace areas indoors and outdoors.
- We host an international like minded group of remote workers with average age 33.
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
  - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
