We are a new housing concept where everything is designed for you to belong to a community, have access to incredible amenities and events that make your life easier while keeping the perfect balance between your privacy and networking.
We offer fully furnished and equipped lofts apartments with bathroom, kitchen-dining room, closet, bedroom, and living room with all the services included. Our guests have privacy and independence enriched with a variety of common spaces: co-working, meeting rooms, coffee pantry, gym, playroom, podcasts room, roof garden, BBQ. Moreover, guests can benefit from our multisport court, sundeck, laundry room, and various recreational activities organized by our community manager.
You can work from the different equipped coworking spaces around the property, including desks, meeting rooms, roof gardens, with services such as wi-fi and printers without any additional charge.

About MEXICO CITY
We love the Narvarte neighborhood. It is very quiet and has large avenues full of palm trees. There are also many services around and very original local places. It is located in a very central area next to business districts, historical places, and entertainment spots. Close to important avenues of the city and stops of public transportation.
