I am an Applied Anthropologist passionate about building sustainable communities. I love community, culture, cuisine, and critters. I enjoy dancing, cooking, writing, and collaborating to live a creative, artful life full of service opportunities.
My house is a cinderblock tract home, now classified as a ranch house, purchased in 2023 due to its suitability as a co-living space. Each private bedroom has its own entrance to the shared backyard, which is fenced, private, and has ample garden space for a sustainable food forest. Rooms are furnished in Swedish Tiny House style with convertible sofa beds for private parlor spaces.
There is a large closet used as a shared office with 5G wireless connection and other available options. The enclosed porch is now a dining room with hydroponic towers and a natural gas fireplace. The large garage with laundry facilities serves as a classroom for yoga, dancing, crafting, parties, lectures, meditation, and more. A future kitchenette will be used for cooking demonstrations and crafting kitchen items and herbal medicines.
The backyard features a patio, altar, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen. A tool shed contains tools for maintaining the space.

LOOKING FOR CO-LIVING PARTNERS TO HELP CONTINUE THE TRANSFORMATION. If you're interested in permaculture, herbal medicine, upcycling, landscaping, or are someone bursting with creative energy, I'd love to have you as a collaborator. If you have these skills to teach and are interested in establishing a business, you're welcome to use the place as a classroom.
Sustainable living requires conscious connection and mindful decision-making, so I maintain a drug- and alcohol-free household. While we occasionally have fun, it is intentional; we do not maintain a constant party atmosphere, and we do not store liquor or non-prescription drugs on the premises. Smoking is allowed in the yard only, using an ashtray.
The atmosphere is friendly and the altar here is ecumenical. People of all backgrounds, ethnicities, and ways of living are welcome. The key to maintaining this space as a sanctuary is mutual respect and proper boundary negotiation. We judge individuals based on their integrity and character.
This is a move-in-ready co-living home within a diverse, vibrant community, embracing global individuals with a zest for life. Our residents range from digital nomads to professionals, entrepreneurs, and students, all eager to share experiences. Here, a new home also means new friends. We share food, space, and chores.
The neighborhood is quiet with small-town feel and nestled into the hollow between Sugarloaf Hills and Lookout Mountain. There are hiking and biking trails all over the place. Shopping is nearby and we are a hop-skip from the 101, which puts us within a 10-40 minute drive to ANYWHERE in the Phoenix Metroplex.
The place is pet friendly and walking them is a terrific way to get to know the neighbors. When I said the property is pet friendly, I must explain. When I moved in, I brought with me two cats that I had adopted during Covid. I discovered that there was a family of ferals that had moved in before me -- a mother and three kittens. The mother has since moved on, but the three kittens remained because I couldn't catch them. It took six months before they warmed up enough to let me pet them. But now.... well... let's say they one my heart and I cannot be parted from them. Besides, they own the house, and I am merely their servant. :D
If you have a child or a pet, you are welcome to bring them over for a meet-and-greet to see how they do with the resident felines before deciding to stay.
