Our coliving is located in the cultural and historic heart of Medellín, in the Buenos Aires neighborhood, two blocks from the Medellín Tram with direct connection to the entire metro system of the city, in addition to being just 30 minutes away from the international airport José María Córdoba. Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

What information do I need to supply for the application?The information you will need to supply are the following:

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?Yes! We offer you the possibility of paying for an early check-in or a late check-in, depending on what you need. Just write to us to ask for the service, or if you are already in the coliving, you can go directly to our front desk, and our staff will help you.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?Here, you are free to define your stay at your convenience. If you are going to leave before, you just have to notify us of your departure at least 30 days before, and if you decide to stay longer, you will only have to notify our front desk to make the extension, which will be subject to availability.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?We want to make your experience as smooth as possible! In our community, we don’t collect a security deposit, so you can focus on enjoying your stay without any worries.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
