Our coliving is located in the cultural and historic heart of Medellín, in the Buenos Aires neighborhood, two blocks from the Medellín Tram with direct connection to the entire metro system of the city, in addition to being just 30 minutes away from the international airport José María Córdoba. We are surrounded by a rich and diverse cultural environment where you will find amazing theaters, museums, pubs, and restaurants just a few steps away. You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Renters Terms.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.
Can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

Yes! We allow 1 pet per room, small or medium size. Check with us first.

Every room or unit has a space to work, but we also have an entire coworking space for everyone with modular furniture, fast wi-fi, and a big TV screen to do presentations.

The information you will need to supply are the following:

- Personal and professional reference
- Signature of the registration form and internal regulations.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?

Here, you are free to define your stay at your convenience. If you are going to leave before, you just have to notify us of your departure at least 30 days before, and if you decide to stay longer, you will only have to notify our front desk to make the extension, which will be subject to availability.
Is it possible to arrive before the designated check-in time or stay past the check-out time?

Yes! We offer you the possibility of paying for an early check-in or a late check-in, depending on what you need. Just write to us to ask for the service, or if you are already in the coliving, you can go directly to our front desk, and our staff will help you.
