Saipem is a very centrally located Village that is part of Candolim in Goa. Considered to be an upmarket Village, and full of large and beautiful Properties, with some Villa tracing their heritage to the Portuguese occupation of Goa till 1961. While it has remained mostly untouched by commercialization all around, it is never too far from the parties, shopping, or just a stroll on some of the beautiful beaches in Goa.

- You will enjoy privacy in all our studios except for the shared one. Besides that, you will have also your privacy in the shared areas where you might enjoy a good book or a cup of coffee.
- We have 5 furry friends on the property and they always are happy to have more join them.
- Yes, of course, you can split the rent with a friend also.
- Step out into the garden, chill on the hammocks, use the dining area or just walk up to the terrace coworking area...... plenty of spaces to hang out even when you are working... and it's so silent... all you will hear is the birds and the wind rustling the leaves...
- Only one of the rooms is a shared room.... rest are private!!... and even when you decide to live in the shared room, we are pretty sure you will get along with your fellow digital nomad
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
  - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
