Our property is in Syracuse, Sicily. A villa on two levels, 350 meters from the sea. Upstairs, for guests, an independent apartment with private study, kitchen with living room, 2 large double bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. On the roof, terrace/solarium with sea view. On the ground floor, garden, internal courtyard, and a coworking laboratory. Our space is immersed in the marine area of Plemmirio, 8 km from the city, an ideal place to find the right concentration, develop ideas and relax. The following amenities and services are included:
