  • We do allow couples to stay in our larger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply.
  • You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.
  • You will be co-living with mature, responsible professionals and possibly traveling nurses coming into the area for a 13-week assignment. Along with remote workers, young professionals, and more
  • Booking
  • Security deposits will be refunded within 7 days after check-out and after an inspection. It will either be deposited via Zelle or the Cash app.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept co-signers.
  • Early check-in time is not allowed. Our turnover team needs ample time to prepare for your arrival.

    If it can be accommodated, late check-out is possible for a fee of $50 per hour after 11 a.m. Late check-out must be requested, approved, and paid for before the actual check-out day.
