Our coliving is a beautifully furnished and fully equipped apartment situated in a prime neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. Spread across the 4th and 5th floors of a contemporary building, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
The main floor features an open-plan kitchen complete with a refrigerator, oven, stove-top, and dishwasher, seamlessly integrated with a dining area and a cozy living space, each with access to a private balcony. Additionally, there is a guest toilet and a convenient storage room on this floor.
Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms connected by a cozy lounge area, along with a full bathroom that includes a washing machine. Each bedroom is furnished with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a wardrobe, and a desk with essential accessories.
The building also features an elevator with direct access to the apartment, ensuring ease and accessibility.

One way this is done is by way of the a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsor a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members!
As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.
We are located in Mitte, one of the most popular districts of Berlin, where the one trendy cafe or restaurant opens after the other.
The street itself is a beautiful and famous street home to a number of historic buildings and right across to the Museum of Natural History and Albrecht Daniel Thaer Institute for Agricultural and Horticultural Sciences of the HU.
Berlin Central Station is only a 10-minute walk away.

• All the contracts should start on the first day of each month.
•We work with fixed contracts, so you can stay for a maximum period of 15 months. In order to terminate your lease, you just need to give a 1-month termination notice before moving out.
• All our contracts end on the last day of each month.
• After signing the contract a deposit of 1,000 EUR will be requested. The amount is fixed regardless of the price of the rent and is
fully reimbursable once you move out.
• Please note that we ask for a prepayment of your LAST month of rent, the first month of rent will be paid directly to us on the day your contract starts.
