Up to 2 bath towels will be provided upon request during check-in. Guests are responsible for washing their towels at their convenience.

Complimentary changing of bed linens is provided bi-weekly.

Residents in private rooms will share amenities, including a bathroom and washer/dryer, with only one other resident, as there are two separate sets available for the four rooms. However, if the adjacent room is unoccupied, residents will enjoy exclusive use of these amenities.

Studio residents enjoy exclusive use of their own amenities, including an attached private bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchenette, fridge, and oven within their unit.

Complimentary access to multiple pools, jacuzzi, and two gyms (strength training gym and cardio sky gym) is provided via an access card issued at check-in. No prior booking is required.

To ensure fair usage and avoid hoarding or no-shows, other facilities such as tennis courts (SGD4/hour), basketball court (complimentary), BBQ pits (SGD10 per 5-hour session), function rooms (SGD20 per 5-hour session), and home theater (complimentary) require advance booking. A token fee applies for some facilities as noted.

Our standard booking policy requires a minimum stay of 3 months. However, it is also possible to combine stays across different rooms or studios within the same apartment to complete the 3-month period, enabling guests to enjoy discounts and manage budgets effectively. Moving between rooms or upgrading to a studio is very convenient and easy. However, this combination option cannot be directly set on the booking platform, so please reach out to us via messaging for assistance with this arrangement.
