Our property is a spectacular coliving designed with freshness and lots of colors. You will have access to an all-inclusive amenity place with a very welcoming staff that will do their best to make you feel at home.
Our space consists of a fully equipped shared kitchen, a TV room, co working coffee bar, rooftop terrace, and a laundry room in the unit.

Yeah! We have a coworking space downstairs, deks on the rooms, an office or business center, rooftop, dinner area and there is Wifi everywhere.
We usually have people from all around the world between 25 and 40 years old. Mainly Americans, Mexicans, Europeans, and South Americans.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

We have two parking options, one is on the street it is free and completely safe the other one there is a public parking right in the next building they charge 1200 pesos monthly
We have cameras on all common areas and there is members of the staff sleeping in the property.
