- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Pets are not allowed in Coliving apartments (shared flat) but we are pet friendly in Private Apartments.

Couples are not allowed in the Coliving apartments (shared flats). If you're renting a Private Apartment with a friend, rent cannot be split as the monthly rent needs to be paid entirely.

Your roommates will be students or professionals around the same age with similar interests.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

Typically, security deposits are returned within 30 days from the date of your departure, provided that everything is in order after the inspection of the premises. Our team will carefully assess the condition of the space to ensure there are no damages or outstanding charges. If everything checks out, we will promptly refund your security deposit. We prioritize transparency and efficiency in this process to ensure a smooth transition for our residents.

Visitors are allowed, both during the day and at night, as long as it doesn't inconvenience your roommates. We kindly ask that visitors stay no more than 7 nights per month to maintain the integrity of the coliving experience. Open communication with your roommates and our team is encouraged if you need to make any special arrangements.
