The Home
Our community is housed in a fully renovated early 20th-century modernist building with 20 beds and 18 bathrooms. We offer both private suites and ready-to-move-in entire apartments. All units are furnished with the essentials and equipped for you to move in and use the building.

Cleaning
We offer weekly cleaning of all private and communal spaces. Rent includes bed linen and towels that are cleaned and changed on a weekly basis.

Conveniently located in the hipster area of Eixample, you’ll be able to reach most of the city by foot. In just a short walk from the building, you'll find the beautiful renovated Sant Antoni market, the little streets of Poble Sec, and the heart of Barcelona—Catalunya Square.
The area is well connected by public transportation, whether your mode of choice is metro, bus, or bicycle. The building is located right in the center of Barcelona’s Eixample, close to offices, points of interest, and all the attractions that Barcelona has to offer.

The entrance to the community, the apartment, and the room have automatic card access locks that allow the tenant to have his/her privacy even if he/she is in a shared apartment.

Pets are not allowed in Coliving apartments (shared flat) but we are pet friendly in Private Apartments.

Couples are not allowed in the Coliving apartments (shared flats). If you're renting a Private Apartment with a friend, rent cannot be split as the monthly rent needs to be paid entirely.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place. -
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

We understand that the security deposit is an important aspect of your living experience. Rest assured, we aim to process the refund in a timely manner. Typically, security deposits are returned within 30 days from the date of your departure, provided that everything is in order after the inspection of the premises. Our team will carefully assess the condition of the space to ensure there are no damages or outstanding charges. If everything checks out, we will promptly refund your security deposit. We prioritize transparency and efficiency in this process to ensure a smooth transition for our residents.
