This cozy yet charming space comes with a shared bathroom, patio, and kitchen access. During your stay, you'll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming your favorite shows or getting work done remotely.
A multitude of restaurants, cafes, or bars are located just a short walk additionally, the neighborhood is filled with various attractions, from the Painted Ladies to Golden Gate Park, ensuring you'll always have something new and exciting to experience.
The room comes equipped with a comfortable bed, a bedside table with a lamp, and a closet for storing clothes or other belongings.
The shared bathroom is clean and well-maintained, with a full-size shower, sink and clean towels. Additionally, the house features a relaxing patio area, which is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals during your stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Guests are welcome to store their food in the refrigerator and can enjoy coffee or tea in the morning.
Please be advised that as this is a shared roommate setting, guests are required to maintain the cleanliness of common areas. This includes promptly disposing of trash, cleaning up after using the bathroom and kitchen, as well as placing dishes in the dishwasher immediately after use and not leaving them in the sink. Additional cleaning of common areas is provided once a month as a courtesy. Please note that in case of any complaints regarding cleanliness, a penalty in the form of an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
Street parking details:
- for parking you need a permit on our street (usually with 3mo stay).
- cars must be moved when street cleaning is in effect, the signs will state when
- if you don’t have a permit then it’s 2 hours.
- overnight (6pm-8am) should be fine w/o a permit
- we can offer paid parking a few blocks away as well (10min walk)
