This beautiful home was built in 1900 and was the first Manor located in the Park Duvalle neighborhood. Our house is one the largest and most historic homes we currently offer. We have remodeled it to reflect a vast communal living style, but the rooms are extremely spacious!
Our home has a total of 11 large bedrooms, 5 shared bathrooms, 4 unique and comfy living areas, double set of laundry, and 2 common kitchens that include your basic kitchenware needs. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Louisville, KY this home is around 8 minutes from Downtown and U of L, 12 minutes from the airport and 16 minutes from UPS. This home offers a private fenced in backyard and parking pad or street parking, with 24-hour monitoring by Vivint Security System

Trash Duty - Trash system. Trash bins need to be pulled to the front curb for collection
each week. When you see the inside cans full, take the bag to the outside bin and
replace the inside cans with a new bag found under the kitchen sink. Please do not put
any trash/trash bags on the back porch or outside of the trash bins.

Parking - You may park in the gated area behind the home or in the front. One vehicle
per Member is allowed with a GREEN Parking Tag. ALL guests must adhere to street
parking. Violators will be towed at the owner's expense.
Cleaning - Our cleaning crew is scheduled to clean the common areas of the home
every 2 weeks. We will sweep, mop, dust, clean, vacuum, take out the trash, clean
common bathrooms and restock toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and hand towels.
You are responsible to maintain and clean up after yourself in all common areas.
Thermostat and home temperature - Thermostat is set between 68 degrees to 72
degrees, in order to best accommodate every member in the home. Space heaters are
not allowed in the common areas of the home. Contact management with questions.
