Palmer Square is the 400 feet wide green space link between Humboldt Boulevard and Kedzie Boulevard as part of the Logan Square Boulevard National Historic District. This green space is surrounded by large-scale homes built around the turn of the century. Once a popular raceway for nineteenth-century carriage drivers and cyclists, this green space is a quiet getaway in the Logan Square neighborhood. The house is surrounded by restaurants, bars, arcades, art exhibits, and coffee shops! A 5-minute walk will leave you in front of the Chicago Blue Line giving you easy transportation to Chicago's Loop, UIC campus, and the UIC hospital.

Will I have privacy?Each room is private. The common areas including the kitchen, living room and bathrooms are all shared with the other tenants.

Are couples allowed? Can I split the rent with a friend?Each room is designed for just one person. Guests are allowed but two people cannot rent a room.

Are there separate work areas in the coliving space?You can use the living room as a work area.

Who are my roommates?Your roommates will always change. We have people from all over the world, doing anything from working, completing their PHDs, making art, and everything in between.

What potential costs are there besides the rent?When booking through Coliving.com, our Move-in fee is applied directly to the rent so there are no additional fees associated with the rent. The only other potential costs would be fees associated with damages done to the community.
