About Behappy Lodge
We have 7 rooms: 4 Double/Twin Suites, a Twin Room, a 4-bed dorm and a 8-bed dorm. Besides that, we also have a bar/bistrô located on our teerrace with seaview, which is also opened for locals. This is the right place for nomads to meet people from the community! This month we've just opened our new co-work space, in order to be able to accommodate digital nomads.
Besides that, we offer a range of experiences: Surf classes/Rentals; SUP tours/rentals; Bike tours/rentals; Yoga sessions; Food tours; Local food dinners on the terrace; BBQ; Beachvolleyball.

Wow, my family and I were delighted with the coliving, totally recommend this place. It is also next to the beach.

Warm welcome and beforehand very well informed about restaurants and activities. Clear explanation of hiking routes, bike rental (also in the park). Breakfast very good with fruit, pastry, jam, delicious bread, and freshly brewed coffee or tea and helpful. Rooftop terrace is a recommendation. I only stayed 1 night, and if I come back, it is definitely a recommendation!
I loved it and can highly recommend anyone traveling solo since they offer some nice activities and have great common areas to get to know other travelers. Was a super nice atmosphere.
Working from the coworking space was really convenient and the coliving was clean and had everything you needed. Also located very close to the beach, surf schools, and restaurants. Hope to be back one day!

I didn't spend much time there. I had dinner on the beach, showered, and slept one night at the coliving. It was a nice place, nice welcoming vibe, clean, parking just outside, easy check-in, and communication with staff through WhatsApp. The dorm room could have more curtains or other things to lessen the sounds. I don't mind for myself (slept like a baby, first night after Boom Festival :)) but I had to repack my stuff early in the morning and I probably disturbed the other guests a bit. I will probably stay there again if I need an in-between place around Porto, or want to surf.
One of my favorite colivings in the Aveiro District. I stayed there in July 2022 for almost a week during the Barrinha de Esmoriz festival.
It is located a few meters from the beach, and a well-known nightclub used to operate there.

I stayed with a coliving for around a week to come chase some waves and explore Portugal. Situated in a beautiful fishermen town where you can truly embrace the culture and step out of the fast life. It is a 20-minute bike ride away from Espinho, and if you do want to visit Porto city – there’s a train.
The staff, services, and quality of the rooms were above 5 stars. Attentive, professional, clean, and friendly.
I will definitely visit again.
