I thought everything was great.
I've been renting with them for months at the Tokyo location, and I love it. The location is excellent, and the interaction with the other roommates is great too.
The rooms have a chic industrial style and are well-furnished. There's a kitchen that's really useful for a month-long stay, and the laundry room is also quite handy.
