I found this to be a comfortable place to stay. However, it lacked social activities, and the host didn’t provide much advice for tours or local attractions. The area is lovely, with great cafes, but I had to do my own research to discover them. Additionally, when I requested a room clean, there wasn’t any communication about when it would happen. Overall, it’s not a bad option, and I would recommend it for a month-long stay.

First off, if you need to use a vpn for work, do not stay here. This coliving blocks vpn connections, as well as wifi calling from your cell phone. I booked a month here and left early. I brought these issues up to the host with all the details and they sounded like they were working on this at first. After a week of going in circles and employees actually leaving when I walked up to ask, I realized they didn't care about helping or fixing the issue. At first, they told me they opened a ticket with the it vendor, then another employee said there was nothing they could do, and another person mentioned the it person didn't come in that day. This went on for two weeks of repeatedly asking for an update. I should have read other reviews stating that vpn is blocked here before booking; that's on me, I guess. Also, there is music playing in the working area, which made it difficult to work and concentrate. I reached out to the booking site as well, and the host ignored them too. I regularly saw frustrated guests at the front desk during my stay, sometimes yelling, so it seems there are many issues at this coliving beyond mine. The space is staffed by younger individuals with management flirting with the workers at the desk. It looks nice from the outside, but it wasn't suitable for me.

I had an absolutely horrible experience here. Firstly the bed/couch was broken and I had to manually adjust the foot of the bed so that couch would work. Secondly bevarwful when opening your window at night, the reflection will show your room to your neighbors and your neighbors room to you. I was absolutely mortified realizing this when both my neighbor and I had our windows open st the same time. Secondly the WIFI was incompatible with. My job's VPN so I couldn't stay and they did nothing to help. I will never book with Universe again

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. This is not a co-living space; instead, it feels like a hotel with a coworking area. I went with a friend for a month, and most of the people we spoke to had only been there for a few days. There were no activities or a community vibe, which was quite frustrating.

The rules seemed excessive, and basic services like cleaning and sheet changes were not included. The staff at the reception were often unhelpful and, at times, disrespectful. I only discovered the coworking space by chance after two weeks of being there. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

The coliving space was quite comfortable with everything necessary. The attention from the staff was very nice; they always supported us with what we needed and were very close to the entertainment area, which is great for nightlife. I highly recommend it!!
