A dream coliving.

I wanted to highlight the great service provided for transportation to and from the airport. However, my low rating for the room is due to multiple instances where we reported that the heating system was broken. It felt more like a sauna than a comfortable space, and we were never able to set a suitable temperature. Additionally, the restaurant service has significantly declined, and the coffee offered was disappointing. I had hoped to enjoy some good coffee while in Colombia, but that was not the case.

I stayed at this coliving space for some work meetings. Its location near the airport is perfect if you don’t need to head into the city. The gardens are peaceful, and the scenery is quite pleasing. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and the restaurant service could use improvement. The executive tower felt a bit closed off and claustrophobic. During my stay, they installed humidifiers with a very strong and not-so-pleasant fragrance. This place has potential, but it definitely needs some maintenance. Additionally, the gym equipment was not working properly, with the treadmills and ellipticals in bad condition.

Comfort, glamour, service, the variety of menus, the food, the meeting rooms, and spaces with noise insulation for proper concentration.
Their green areas are very tranquil due to the way their gardens are laid out, especially with the exotic birds that accompany you while enjoying a coffee; these birds are peacocks, which makes it visually and mentally refreshing to relax in these gardens.
Its location is very strategic, less than 5 minutes from José María Córdoba Airport and very close to the Eastern Tunnel, which connects the city of Medellin in less than 15 minutes. There is also easy access to explore Llanogrande Rionegro, taking routes to Rionegro, El Retiro, and La Ceja.
In conclusion: I recommend this coliving for relaxation or for hosting business events, with plenty of options to explore or discover beautiful towns in Antioquia.

Nice place to visit and stay in. Facilities seem well-kept and overall it's a nice experience to live.

Unfortunately, I stayed only a few hours in the coliving because I had a flight in a few hours. This was one of the reasons I stayed one night in this coliving, and from the little time I spent there, it was noticeable the luxury and quality that this coliving has to offer.

It is a coliving very close to the airport, with very good service and the food is very good.

Excellent, a bit expensive but excellent service.
