I booked this initially for its proximity to the cricket stadium. It was perfect for that and meant I didn’t have to worry about walking or taxis after the T20 final. However, this coliving has so much more.

The staff are awesome - I think collectively the best I’ve ever witnessed. They can’t do enough for you - but equally know when to leave you alone.

There is a great cafe restaurant on site - the chicken coconut curry is fantastic. All the meals I had were lovely and all competitively priced.

It is 2 mins walk to Pick n Pay and 5 mins to Bootlegger, Tiger’s Milk, Mozambik, and other cafes.

The rooms are big, comfy bed, useful fridge, good aircon - and the walls are not thin so very peaceful.

Guest laundry was useful. Internet was excellent speed and never dropped out. Lots of space to sit and work or research trips or just relax.

I cannot fault this place - I’ll definitely be returning ASAP and whenever I need to go to the cricket.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had a fabulous stay and catered to my individual requests and requirements. Communication via email ahead of check-in was also marvelous. I will return whenever I come to Capetown in the future. 5 stars!

The rooms look great and the location is excellent, but the service left a lot to be desired. My room wasn't cleaned for two days, despite leaving the sign on the door. There were no telephones available, so all communication had to be done via WhatsApp. If you include breakfast in your booking, be aware that it’s a set menu with no fruit, even for takeout. Additionally, if you include dinner, note that they don’t serve it on Sundays, and this wasn't communicated upon arrival, leaving me without food on that day. They eventually reimbursed me with an Uber voucher a day or two later, but I had to ask about it. On arrival, there was no water in the room, and I had to request it. While the rooms are visually appealing and the location is fantastic, the service was quite poor, and for that reason, I’m hesitant to return unless there are no other options.

the rooms were nice and clean, which made for an overall pleasant stay. however, we were disappointed with the breakfast. it didn't meet our expectations, especially considering the value, as the rolls were stale and not what we had requested.

I loved my stay here. The rooms and sheets were clean and fresh, which made for a comfortable experience. However, I wasn't very pleased with the continental breakfast. It felt a bit stale, and I didn't receive the options that were initially presented to us. 🥹

My wife and I stayed for one week in January 2026. The coliving is very functional and quite well equipped. The breakfast is very good, the overall cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, you can prepare your own meals in a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, and you can use the laundry facilities on your own. There are also shopping centers and supermarkets very close by, allowing us to walk there in just five to ten minutes. The environment and the location are very safe—so much so that our children stayed there on their own for the entire month of January.

Overall, the service—especially from staff members—deserves special recognition. Thank you all for your help, kindness, support, attention, and professionalism.

I urgently needed an overnight stay and they made a plan to accommodate me and my family. The staff were super friendly and helpful; my kids loved the interleading rooms, and of course, the central location just made things easier. Thank you for a lovely stay!
