Modern coliving and well-located. Excellent services with a good restaurant. I spent two weeks in this coliving and can only criticize the insufficient lighting in the room and the electronic safe that did not always function properly.

My stay at Newlands was exceptional! The staff are so friendly and welcoming; they give you all the information you need when checking in and are always happy to help throughout your stay. The coliving and bedrooms are so clean. The beds are super comfortable (I could’ve slept in all day every day), the water in the showers is so nice and toasty, and the air con is adjustable to your liking. The food is amazing. They have the best service I have experienced in a coliving. 10/10 minus nothing! I will definitely be back.
