The home comes fully set up - to the point where you’ll need bedding when you move in. The rate includes all bills. There is a weekly cleaner, and we provide all cleaning products (including loo roll) to allow you more time to focus on the more important things in life, such as exploring your local area!
All bills are inclusive: Wi-fi, weekly cleaner, iron, and ironing board, fully furnished (including kitchen goods, cutlery, crockery, glass, and homewares). Monthly supply delivery of all cleaning products, including loo roll and dishwasher tablets - we ensure more than enough is delivered for the month. If it runs out, it is the housemates' responsibility to cover the rest of the month.
