(Private Basic, Flex Premium, and Deluxe room). Each room is suitable for single occupancy and private. We only accept students and young professionals. Rooms are fully furnished and include all the utilities. All utilities are included in the price. ( Electricity, gas, water, internet ). Only the bathroom and kitchen will be shared. All kitchen utensils are available in the kitchen. The following amenities and services are included:
