Our Swan Street house comprises the upper floors of a Georgian building in the centre of Manchester's most fashionable area, the Northern Quarter, surrounded by bars, clubs, yoga studios, gyms and cool offices and shops.

We have 15 apartments, all self-contained with their own kitchen and shower room as well as 3 shared social spaces, laundry, bike store and private storage. We have a dedicated House Manager to look after everyone's needs and ensure everything runs smoothly including curated events, discounts and parties. Here’s what’s included:
