This is a unique property located in the best neighborhood in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It includes seven double bedrooms, all of them with en-suite bathrooms. A large living room and work area, a huge kitchen with all the equipment needed, a nice rooftop to enjoy the beautiful garden, and a great garden with a barbecue area to enjoy great lunch/dinners together.

Ciudad Jardin ( Garden City ) is the best neighbourhood in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It´s only a few blocks away from Alcaravaneras beach, next to "Parque Romano" and Metropole Club. There is a public bike stop accross the street as well as public transport. The area is also suitable to find parking in case you decide to drive.

  • Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home.   • Yes, all rooms are private, and many of them include desks inside. Also, the house is very large, so guests can distribute themselves among the different common areas for privacy.

  • We don´t mix guests in ithe rooms, but if you come with your couple or friend , thats totally fine with us as most rooms allow double use.
  • There is workspace in many rooms, and several workspace areas indoors and outdoors.
