About the place

We are group of multicultural artists, digital nomads, tech students and entrepreneurs in our 20s to 30s, social and inclusive environment. This is a new way of living built upon community, flexibility, and a fundamental belief that we are only as good as the people we surround ourselves with.

4 blocks from Civic Center bart station, near all the best restaurants, shops, night life. Close to Uber, Twitter, Airbnb, Adobe, Pinterest and Zynga offices.

We have everything you need. Nice live/work & network space. The building has 2 bathrooms, hardwood floor and all of the original vintage hardware and tiles. We provide the bedding (a sheet, pillowcase with the pillow, blanket) and towel.

Common area is the working space with desk and chairs, available for you to use anytime and a kitchen with all appliances like spoons, plates, pots etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster. Food is not provided.
