About the place

Our typical guests are young and smart engineers, startup founders, developers, artists, such as actors, musicians and dancers, trying to achieve their dreams in Los Angeles. You can also meet students and medical interns from Cedars Sinai Hospital, which is 7 minutes to walk from our house.

This is a new way of living built upon community, flexibility, and a fundamental belief that we are only as good as the people we surround ourselves with.

Our 5 bedroom coliving house is located in the iconic Hollywood area. Every room accommodates from 2 to 6 people. We provide the bedding (a sheet, pillowcase with the pillow, blanket) and towel.

Common areas are the working space with large desks and chairs, available for you to use anytime and a kitchen with all appliances like spoons, plates, pots etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, fridge. Food is not provided.

We not only offer you accommodations but a coliving/coworking club membership with an amazing atmosphere and access to the local tech community.

Our goal is to connect our members with Silicon Beach IT professionals. Whether you are looking for funding, co-founders, team members, investors etc. We are here to help you make connections.

Excellent value for money, fabulous workspace, wonderful people both from the US and international. The rules are designed to make the shared living accommodation comfortable for all and they work. Alex is a master at making sure that guests stick to the rules, he does so in such a low-key way that no one ever gets upset and this makes the experience better for all.

Wish I could stay longer but Memphis bekons. Love to all who I met may the sun shine down on you.
