We have different options on our property. The master room is a unique space. It feels more like a studio, with a private entrance from the hallway. The resident will not share the common areas, such as the bathroom and study desk with other occupants. It’s spacious, giving the residents the most luxurious living experience. It features a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, study desk, smart TV with a streaming device, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. This room is a perfect fit for those looking for ultimate privacy and comfort. Deluxe room is our signature product for luxury living. It provides premium privacy and comfort. It is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, a Smart TV, and a streaming device. This room does not have any drawbacks and has everything you would need in a room. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room. The Twin room is our most budget-friendly accommodation option. It allows residents to enjoy this amazing property while paying less. The resident will be sharing the room and the bathroom with another roommate. Twin rooms are sometimes preferable to residents who would like to engage and socialize with other roommates, or to improve their language speaking skills. The room comes with two full-size beds, a Smart TV, a Streaming device, and other basic furniture. The following amenities and services are included:

  • All guests have a bedroom within the home for more privacy. Guests are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. Each room is suitable for single occupancy and private.
  • Even though we love pets, a co-living environment does not allow us to be pet friendly. Our current or future guests might be allergic to pets.
  • Our rooms are single occupancy only. We may suggest our entire apartment options (one bedroom or studio) for couples, available at limited locations.
  • We do the placements according to like-mindedness as much as we can. We will pick roomates for you, doing our best to match like minded individuals like students and young professionals.
  • You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.
  • Booking
  • For earlier check-ins (early arriving flights)

    You can call / message the coordinator via WhatsApp and let them know your arrival time. You will be able to leave your luggage in the common area of the apartment and return later once your room is ready.
  • You need to provide a written request to extend your stay, preferably with a 30-day notice. Extensions are based on availability and we do our best to accommodate our guests.
  • We ask for ID proof of guarantor for the verification process but we do not require any credit scores from international applicants and students.
  • The deposit will be returned within 21 business days after the rooming agreement term stays, provided that the contractual obligations have been met and mandatory cleaning and depreciation fees deducted.
  • We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.
  • Policies
  • Smoking of any kind; is not permitted in the residence buildings, by residents and their guests.
  • As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.
  • Even though we love pets, a co-living environment does not allow us to be pet friendly. Our current or future guests might be allergic to pets.
  • Due to the unique living environment at our premises, constant overnight guests are not allowed. You are able to have friends and family visit you. However, overnight guests overpopulate the apartment and are not permitted.
  • On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.

  • All rooms are fully furnished and include all the utilities.
  • Laundry rooms are available.
  • Meal plans are not provided. Our apartments have fully furnished kitchens with standard appliances including pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. There are grocery stores nearby.
  • Prior to moving in, your room is cleaned and you are provided with fresh linens. It is up to all roommates to keep their rooms and common areas clean.
  • You have access to a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
    We ask that you clean up any mess you make during and after food preparation.

  • Even though we have been lucky that nothing has gone missing, we recommend to all our members to keep their valuable belongings in their rooms.
