Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
If you wish to check out late, you are free to use our communal areas. -
Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

What if the place is not as advertised?If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

Are kids allowed?As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?To keep our environment clean and healthy, we ask that you refrain from smoking indoors, including private rooms, common areas, hallways, and balconies. If you do wish to smoke, please do so outside, away from the building entrance, and kindly dispose of your cigarette butts properly. Thank you for helping us maintain a pleasant space for everyone!

Are all rooms furnished?The common areas come fully furnished.
Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy. -
Any meals/snacks included?No. But you have a kitchen, fridge, and all the amenities that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. There are also, grocery stores nearby for your convenience.

Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?Yes. You have access to the kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. We ask you to clean up during and after food preparation.

Are my belongings safe?We recommend all our members to keep their valuable belongings in their rooms. For extra precaution, we also recommend to our guests if they want it, buy renters insurance in case of lost items and accidents.

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?We take your safety very seriously. We screen both our staff and guests, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
