  • As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.

  • We have laundry machines available to everyone.
  • The common areas come fully furnished.
    Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
    You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
  • No. But you have a kitchen, fridge, and all the amenities that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. There are also, grocery stores nearby for your convenience.

  • We take your safety very seriously. We screen both our staff and guests, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
  • We recommend all our members to keep their valuable belongings in their rooms. For extra precaution, we also recommend to our guests if they want it, buy renters insurance in case of lost items and accidents.
