In our community, we are very careful about building good relationships because we want that our guests feel as if they are at home. Most of our guests are from different parts of Brasil. People that came to São Paulo to study or to work. We also have some foreign guests, most of them from France, who came to Brasil to have a college exchange. All of them are between 20 and 40 years old.

It's a very comfortable house, located on a beautiful small-cozy street. We have a big garden and an outdoor area where it's possible to spend some hours talking with friends, resting, having a sunbath or practicing some physical exercises. The house can host 17 people in individual comfortable bedrooms. In each bedroom, we have a bed, closet, and writing desk. The following amenities and services are included:

Popular attractions include the Museum of Contemporary Art and Sesc Vila Mariana, a cultural center with an eclectic performing arts program. Next door is Ibirapuera Park, which has lakes, trails, and landmarks, including Oscar Niemeyer's wedge-shaped Ibirapuera Auditorium. It's close to Paulista subway station and Chácara Klabin and subway station Vila Mariana and there are also a lot of bus options there. In the neighborhood we have supermarkets, pubs, resturans, Park - Modernista, Park - Jardim botânico, Park Ibirapuera, Museun - Lasar Segall, Mall - Santa Cruz
