In addition to the private room, you'll have access to a shared living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. You'll also have access to a small gallery where the washing machine is located, making it easy to take care of your laundry during your stay.
The flat is fully equipped with a television, air conditioning, central heating, and fast Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected and comfortable no matter what the weather is like outside. Is there a designated space for work?In each room, there is a desk with a lamp and a chair to work from comfortably.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?You will be sharing the home with open-minded people who are digital nomads and want to be a part of the community and share experiences in a new city just like you.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?It is possible, although always subject to the availability of the apartments and coworking spaces at the requested time. You can consult via email or phone.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?After your check-out and once we have checked the state of the room, we will ask you for your bank details and make you a refund via bank transfer.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
