Looking for a charming and fully equipped place to stay in the Mediterranean? Look no further than this beautiful building, designed in a classic Mediterranean style and featuring 11 apartments spread over 5 floors.

Each apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and productive stay. All rooms feature a comfortable bed, bedside table, desk, chair, and lamp for working, as well as a wardrobe for storing clothes.

In addition to the private room, you'll have access to a shared living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. You'll also have access to a small gallery where the washing machine is located, making it easy to take care of your laundry during your stay.

The flat is fully equipped with a television, air conditioning, central heating, and fast Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected and comfortable no matter what the weather is like outside. You'll also have access to a fridge, washing machine, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle, so you can prepare your own meals and snacks whenever you like.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

These are private apartments, so you decide with whom you will be sharing it.

In each room, there is a desk with a lamp and a chair to work from comfortably.

All our apartments are private, so the answer is yes, you will!

Is it possible to arrive before the designated check-in time or stay past the check-out time?

Please contact us as soon as you will know your arrival/departure time to see if it is possible.
When/how will you refund my security deposit?

After your check-out and once we have checked the state of the apartment, we will ask you for your bank details and make you a refund via bank transfer.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?

It is possible, although always subject to the availability of the apartments and coworking spaces at the requested time. You can consult via email or phone.
