Our fully-furnished three- and four-bedroom co-living suites are designed to make you feel at home from day one, with a spacious living room, brand new kitchen, and a private bedroom with hand-selected furniture from top brands like Floyd and Article, as well as colorful accessories that add personality. You'll have all the necessities provided, so you can settle in quickly and easily. Private and shared bathrooms are available (shared bathrooms are designated for a maximum of two roommates and are cleaned weekly by our in-house team).

After your initial payment, you need to proceed with a background check which costs $50.
This check includes both a credit and criminal check review.
Your credit score must be 650 or higher.
We demand that your income is 2.5x the monthly rent.
Should you not meet the criteria of the background check, you will receive a refund of all charges except the service fee and the $50 application fee.
Once approved, you will need to pay a $350 admin fee on top of your first month's rent.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
