Stucki Park

It is really nicely located next to the river (10min walk), with a shopping center 100m away and buses and tram going directly to the city center. The Stücki Park is a business park located in Basel-Kleinhüningen, Switzerland, on the site of the former Basel dye works. There are currently three office and laboratory buildings, a building complex with areas for retail, gastronomy, service, and entertainment offers, and a hotel on around 69,000 m² of land. Most of the office and laboratory space is rented to companies that conduct research and development in the field of life sciences.

    - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
    - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
    - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
    - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
    - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
  • It’s enough that you accept our Renters Terms.

  • On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
  • Yes. We will provide updated information once you have moved in. You can also register with our address.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Guests are allowed. You need to inform our hosts if you have an overnight guest.
    Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.

  • Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.
  • It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

  • It is all included; only the washing machine and dryer will be charged for each use.
  • The common areas come fully furnished.
    Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
  • We offer breakfast, which is charged separately. At the bar and café, you can get 'pinsas' and all kinds of drinks.

    We would expect and appreciate it if you cleaned up after yourself if you made an excessive mess. You can order additional cleaning (for an extra charge).

  • Even though we have been lucky that nothing has gone missing, we recommend all our members to keep their valuable belongings in their rooms. For extra precaution, buy a Renters Insurance in case of lost items and accidents.

  • We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
  • Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.
  • Nearby
  • With just a few minutes' walk, you have a selection of good and cheap restaurants. Next door is a shopping centre with restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a cinema, bowling, and more.
  • Even though our location is good if you'd like to walk or bike, it's a short distance to Basel Center. We have public transportation (bus, tram) in front of the building.
  • Airport Basl is 15 minutes away by taxi.
  • To keep you and your friends entertained, you may go to watch a movie next door or you may go to Basel City. We are close to the center, where you have so many things to do (bars, restaurants, clubs), museums, swimming in the river, biking, and hiking...
