About the place

An unusual place where travelers from all over the world can stay for a longer time – a place where you combine rest and remote work in a homely atmosphere. Guests are aged between 25 and 35 years old and come mainly from Western and Eastern Europe.

We offer 4 rooms adapted to different needs. We have 3 rooms ideal for single or a couple (2 with big terrace) and one "Polish" room for a group of 3 to 6 people. Each guest has the opportunity to use our working space and chillout room free of charge. We offer a quiet place, fast Internet, good atmosphere and other facilities which are necessary to remote work.

A fantastic tourist destination! Clean, cozy, and wet. The transportation interchange is excellent, and it is conveniently located near shops and cafes. I strongly recommend it to everyone!

Pleasant place for a student. ROOM. A comfortable bed, table, map, lamp ... Behind the balcony door there is a terrace where you can smoke cigarettes or get some fresh air. There are no views too much ...;) Spacious and well-arranged room. You can hear a little too much what is going on outside, but also without exaggeration.

Great location - very close to Magnolia Park and the Stadium. Comfortable rooms at a low price, very nice hosts. A great place to rest - I will definitely go back there and I recommend it.
