Living off-campus in a super comfortable bright house makes things different. This residence offers more than you can imagine and will upgrade your lifestyle once you step in. Our apartments are generally 3 or 5-bedroom apartments with different room types. Each room is suitable for single occupancy and private. We only accept students and young professionals. Our Southwest Avenue residence offers a mix of comfort and style. This residence is located in the Coral Gables area of Miami. It has an excellent location just next to an array of restaurants, shops, premium grocery stores, cinemas, and theatres. Coral Gables is home to the University of Miami, one of the nation's top private research universities, whose main campus spans 240 acres (0.97 km2) in the city. With 16,479 faculty and staff as of 2021, the University of Miami is the second largest employer in Miami-Dade County. The city is a Mediterranean-themed planned community known for its historic and affluent character reinforced by its strict zoning, popular landmarks, and tourist sights.

You can call / message the coordinator via WhatsApp and let them know your arrival time. You will be able to leave your luggage in the common area of the apartment and return later once your room is ready. -
Can I extend or shorten my stay?You need to provide a written request to extend your stay, preferably with a 30-day notice. Extensions are based on availability and we do our best to accommodate our guests.

Is there a Credit Score required?We ask for ID proof of guarantor for the verification process but we do not require any credit scores from international applicants and students.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?The deposit will be returned within 21 business days after the rooming agreement term stays, provided that the contractual obligations have been met and mandatory cleaning and depreciation fees deducted.

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?Smoking of any kind; is not permitted in the residence buildings, by residents and their guests.

Are kids allowed?As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.

Are service and emotional support animals allowed?Even though we love pets, a co-living environment does not allow us to be pet friendly. Our current or future guests might be allergic to pets.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?Due to the unique living environment at our premises, constant overnight guests are not allowed. You are able to have friends and family visit you. However, overnight guests overpopulate the apartment and are not permitted.

What are the quiet hours?On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
