The property is inspired by a boat and is the most amazing place to enjoy the great city of Santa Marta! You are steps from all restaurants and bars, and you have an amazing view of the bay. You can walk to the bus station to discover stunning natural spots around the city, go to the farmer's market, or just have a great sunset walk at the Malecón and the Marina.
- Private rooms all have a desk, chair, TV, and AC. They all have good anti-noise windows and hot showers! The best beds to sleep like a baby.
- Design and the feeling of sailing are constants, along with the breeze and the dynamics of the port while you enjoy the rooftop. Find nice spots to share with other colivers such as patios, 2 private AC cowork spaces, a kitchen, a laundry area, and a vegan restaurant on the first floor.
- There is a games and TV area to share good moments while cooking. Or you can have BBQ Sundays by the pool to refresh and chill.

The street 12th, or "Calle 12," is at the heart of the historic center of Santa Marta. Our neighbors are the oldest colonial house in town and the town's beautiful library at the Republic Bank and Tayrona Museum. Steps from the bay, you can get a cool walk around and find all supplies easily, like markets, banks, restaurants, and bars. Our street has a strong community sense, so we suggest that you visit the community center Jafana Jafana and take a look at the best graffiti art around, supported by cultural groups. Santa Marta's historic center is colorful and vibrant; discover the center, but also the secret beaches around with our cool community!
