Our house is a vintage and warm place in the center of Brussels next to Place Flagey. Our house is 500 m2, including 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. It is a fully furnished home with high-speed WiFi, a super modern kitchen and a TV room to enjoy movie night. Electric bikes and scooters are also available for our residents. Once a week, our team cleans up all shared spaces and bedrooms. You will also benefit from a beautiful courtyard that is fully furnished to enjoy the sunny weather and BBQ nights.
The following services and amenities are included:
- 12 bedrooms with all with personalized decoration and at rates that vary according to the size of the room. Each of our bedrooms features a large double bed, a small private en-suite shower room (shower and basin), a desk with a chair, and a dressing area.
- Fully fitted kitchen (with coffee machine, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, condiments, etc.
- Cozy dining and large living room, and a library.
- The basement also has lockers where each tenant can store items, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing board.
- Large courtyard.
Please note that visitors are allowed; you just need to let the roommates know.

Place Flagey

Bustling and full of fun, the Place Flagey district is one of the most iconic of life in Brussels at its best. The days and nights are lived at the unique pace and atmosphere of the many café terraces, restaurants, and bars, including the famous Café Belga, which attracts people from all over the world every evening. Popular with many young people and expatriates, the area is also close to the European quarter and not far from the major shopping avenues of Avenue Louise and Boulevard de Waterloo.
