The dwelling house features 11 studio flats for max. 25 guests. Spacious 30 sq.m. studios are fully equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom, air-conditioner, iron, hairdryer, potable water from any tap, orthopedic hand-made mattresses, professional white linen, and bathrobes.

Scandinavian design, home-like comfort, eco-friendly design, unlimited coffee and tea, weekly cleaning, guarded parking space and electric car charging point, library, mini-sports ground. Barbecue areas, sunbeds, and around fire-place.

STORIES house is a special venue for your next Big Story. A space for business, cultural and cooking events built according to Active House Alliance rules. Cinema, dancing and karaoke facilities. SOUL kitchen for warm parties.

We live in a resort town 9 km from Kyiv. Our house faces a large 8 km deep forest with rabbits, rose, and owls. There's also a beautiful park with cycling and skiing rental in our street.

Multiple supermarkets, cafes, sports facilities – within a 400 m radius.

The shuttle bus stop for Kyiv – 300 m, it takes just 15 min to reach the nearest underground station.

If you book more than 14 days before moving in, you may only pay a $300 Down Payment now to guarantee your stay. If it's less than 14 days, you need to pay the first month's rent.

2. How do I make payments and when is rent due?

We collect your first month's rent before you move in.
Subsequent months are due on the first day of each month.

3. Can I tour the place?

"A picture tells a thousand words" no longer applies.
