Four ensuite bedrooms (two with lofts) where each comes with a dedicated table/computer station. The dedicated desks are in a large open office space equipped with conference rooms and one for 2 to 3 people and the other for one person. Bedrooms have king-size beds that convert to double twins. The Hub is equipped with two high-speed internet providers.

Enjoy the spacious kitchen. The dining area seamlessly blends nature and functionality, creating a delightful space for shared meals. Step outside onto the large patio, where you can unwind and soak in the California sun.

In addition to each room having its own private bathroom, there is an additional public bathroom on both levels.

Comfy sofas, a huge outdoor patio, and lots of natural light. We are centrally located not far from UCLA, the beach, and Hollywood with very competitive monthly room rates.   • Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.
    Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
  • As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.
  • We do not accept pets.
    By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious:
    1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and
    2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
    We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs and pets whose sole function is only to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA, and will not be allowed.

  • Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.
  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Yes. We will provide updated info once you have moved in.
  • On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 11 pm to 8 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
  • It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
  • Amenities
  • We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, personal toiletries, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.

  • The common areas come fully furnished.
    Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
    You can rearrange furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
