-Once the reservation is paid, you will receive an email explaining the check-in process and confirming the reservation. Please note that reception is not available 24 hours.
-Check-in is on business days from 12 to 3 pm. If you will arrive after these hours please contact us.
-A contract will be signed, and fingerprints will be taken to access the entrance door.
T-he security deposit is also charged, and identification is requested as a one-time requirement upon check-in.
-Guests are required to bring their own minimal tableware, including a plate, cutlery, and glass.
All other kitchen items are shared.

  • Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
  • You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
    - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
    - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
    - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
    - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
    - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
  • You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
  • You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

  • Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
  • You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.
  • Mostly with University students from Argentina, but from all over the world, as well.
  • All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy. Unless you are staying in one of the shared bedrooms.
    Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.
  • We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

  • Booking
  • We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.
  • Yes, extensions can be done upon availability. If you would like to shorten your stay, contact management to see if any fees apply.
  • We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
  • Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
  • You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
    If you wish to check out late, you are free to use our communal areas.
  • Policies
  • Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.
    Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
  • As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.
  • Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Yes, however we ask you to receive your own packages as we will not be responsible for receiving them.
  • It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
  • On the weekday, quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am, and 11pm to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.

  • The common areas come fully furnished.
    Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
    You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
  • No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
    There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.
  • Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen changes.
    We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess.
  • We have laundry machines available to everyone. Just purchase your tokens at reception prior using them.

  • You have access to a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.

  • Yes. The community manager is responsible for maintaining a good atmosphere in the house and the well-being of the members. But, it is not in the property at all times.

  • Safety
  • Even though we have been lucky that nothing has gone missing, we recommend all our members to keep their valuable belongings in their rooms. For extra precaution, buy a Renters Insurance in case of lost items and accidents.
  • We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
  • Yes, you will be able to lock your bedroom door.
  • Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.
  • Nearby
  • With just a few minute's walk, you have a selection of good and cheap restaurants.
  • Even though our location is good if you'd like to walk, it's a short distance to metro, bus station and public transportation.
  • You can take a taxi to Ezeiza International Airport in just 35-40 minutes.
  • To keep you and your friends entertained, there are many theatres with musicals on practically every corner. Fabulous restaurants line the street, with vendors selling candied nuts and popcorn, cheese cones and choripan.
    Book shops, clothes shops and shops selling everything you can imagine.
    Walk down the street and visit the Obelisco to take in the full experience. Wonderful in daylight, but night time highlights the atmosphere of the avenue.
